AT BUILT RIGHT ROOFING & CONSTRUCTION, our roots run deep in Rapid City, South Dakota. After spending years in the industry, we noticed a recurring problem: customers often felt dissatisfied with their experience working with roofing and siding companies. Time and again, we saw companies fall short in two critical areas: communication and finishing strong on the final details of a project. These gaps left homeowners frustrated and their expectations unmet. We knew there had to be a better way.
